Recreational, Therapeutic, Educational- Based on a person-centered approach, the Multi-Sensory Lab offers pathways to connect with others by focusing on an individual’s strengths, abilities, and talents and using these as motivation to bring about change.
The MSE Lab Community Program is available for 45 minute bookings.
The MSE Lab located in Room A119 at Mohawk College - Fennell Campus is used by both community and students and is classified as a “living lab”. For this reason, please note that sensory sessions may be subject to cancellation due to students' learning opportunities (efforts to reschedule will be made via email).
- Community is able to book on a monthly basis.
- Bundle Passes are available to purchase for individual sessions. Please purchase an option before booking a scheduled time(s).
- 1 Pass Option= $8.50
- 5 Pass Bundle Option (5% discount) = $40.37
- 10 Pass Bundle Option (10% Discount) = $76.50
- Please note that while the MSE Lab can accommodate up to 3 people in the space at a time; 1 pass is equal to 1 bookable hour per participant. For example, if a group home is attending and there are 3 participants; 3 passes will be required. Passes are not required for support staff or caregivers accompanying a participant.

Cancellation/Missed Session Policy
If you must cancel or rebook your sensory session, we respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice. Should you miss 2 or more consecutive sessions, this will result in 1 pass being deducted from your access bundle. If you require an alternate booking arrangement, please reach out to kaela.millar@mohawkcollege.ca. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and effort in helping the MSE Lab Program to run smoothly.
